telehealth

Many ailments and illnesses don’t require an in-person visit with a doctor. Kentucky Urgent Care enables you to get the care you need from the comfort and safety of your home. Simply make a reservation to connect with one of our board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants via your Wi-Fi and video-enabled smartphone, tablet or computer.

What Is Telehealth Urgent Care?

Telehealth urgent care is a live, online urgent care video visit with a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant for non-life-threatening conditions such as a fever, flu, cold, sore throat and more. Your provider will discuss your symptoms, answer questions and fill a prescription, if needed, via video chat.

Use telehealth urgent care when it is not an emergency. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
